We are completely independent consultants in eProcurement and have successfully acted as consultants on major eProcurement projects in Government.
Gordon Parker
The Managing Director of Procurement Inline Ltd., Gordon is a public sector procurement specialist. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS) and has an MSc in Procurement.
Gordon established Procurement Inline in Jan 2002. He is also a founder Director of Evalue Group which was established in September 2002 as a Local Government eProcurement specialist Consultancy.

Background and experience
Gordon worked in Central Government's HM Diplomatic service for 25 years and was subsequently seconded to the Government Communications Bureau as Head of Procurement for 5 years.
He was then head hunted into the Private Sector working for 18 months for Buying Team to develop and provide eProcurement for Government. Buying Team is the largest procurement specialist consultancy company in the UK.
Gordon has written articles, and papers and presented on the subject of eProcurement for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, Chartered Institute of Public Finance Administrators and the International Purchasing & Supply Education & Research Association (IPSERA). These include a case study on the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA). He also won a national award for his dissertation on “Public/Private Sector Partnering: Theory and Practice”.
